Stiks Runs Away With Early Lead In Victory

U11 Bronco Select 11U fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 14-9 loss to Stiks on Saturday. Stiks scored on a double by Alden and a double by Jack in the first inning.

Despite the loss, U11 Bronco Select 11U did collect seven hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Stiks had eight hits on the way to victory.
Stiks got on the board in the first inning when Alden doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

U11 Bronco Select 11U scored six runs in the third inning. Aaden H, Tucker K, and KJ H each had RBIs in the big inning.
Stiks scored five runs in the second inning. Brayden, Noah, Alden, and Jack each had RBIs in the frame.

Braden led things off on the hill for Stiks. He went two innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out three and walking zero.

Ethan M led things off on the mound for U11 Bronco Select 11U. He surrendered two runs on three hits over one inning, striking out three. Griffin S, KJ, Zach H, and Cam O each entered the game as relief, throwing two innings, one inning, two-thirds of an inning, and one-third of an inning respectively.

U11 Bronco Select 11U racked up seven hits on the day. Cam and KJ all had multiple hits for U11 Bronco Select 11U. KJ and Cam each managed two hits to lead U11 Bronco Select 11U. U11 Bronco Select 11U stole 11 bases during the game as four players stole more than one. Aaden led the way with three.
Jack went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Stiks in hits.
